[Solved] Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G Not Working

Method 1: Restart your Phone

Restarting your phone can solve many problems regarding your phone whether it is a network issue or any other minor problem.

Just press and hold the power and volume down keys for a second and then tap on restart.

Method 2: Update the Software

Having the latest version of software on your phone can solve many problems and it also improves your phone’s performance.

Down below are the steps on how you can update your phone software.

Method 3: Check your 5G Plan

In order to be able to use 5G, you need to be subscribed to a 5G plan.
